Guyana-born Roger Miller migrated to New York at 17, aspiring to become a chef. Graduating from the Arts Institute of NYC in 2007, he balanced studies with work, family, and being a devoted husband and father to four. He’s achieved milestones as a celebrity chef, worked at a top NYC Cancer hospital, and prioritized serving his church and family. Now, his dream of a community-centric restaurant has come true—Chef Roger is finally at home in his own kitchen.
